Publication of participant list and dissemination of contact information and sharing

Many participants at our networking events find participants list very useful.

Registering for one of our conferences means that your consent is necessary before we can publish your name, company, title and link to profile on Linkedin on the first name of the participant.

The list is also sent in a mail to all participants and partners prior to the conference and a hardcopy is distributed at the conference.

I also approve that Building Network use photo and video from the conference for online and offline marketing purposes.

If you have any changes to the list or prefer not to have some or all of your contact information, photos or video made public or shared, please let us know as soon as possible.

If the conference is cancelled or posponed due to COVID-19 the tickets can be refunded excluding a 10% service charge.
