Anzurra is a Scandinavia-focused executive search business that specialises in senior level appointments within the build and infrastructure sectors.

Founded in November 2018, the management team holds a combined 25 years’ experience in developing talent acquisition programs and implementing tested retention strategies for leaders in the Nordic market. Being a new business, we are highly flexible and agile, which enables us to provide our clients with tailored and relevant solutions. We believe this approach, combined with our deep specialisations, sets us apart from our competitors.

Our team includes qualified engineers, management consultants and native speakers all trained in market excellence to deliver complex talent solutions. Working closely with both public and private sector organisations, Anzurra has cultivated a local Danish and Scandinavian network complemented by relevant international talent.

Having joined Bloxhub in early 2019 we are excited announce that we will be opening permanently in Denmark in 2020.
