BMS Stangeland, established in 2024 and headquartered in Denmark, was founded by the owners of BMS Group and Stangeland Gruppen to provide long-term ownership and strategic direction for leading Crane and Transport companies in the Nordic countries.

Through the merger of Crane Norway, Havator Oy and Havator AB, BMS Stangeland brings together strong local operators under a shared ownership structure.
